* For the first time, we recommend registering for a 1.5-hour consultation. Before the meeting, a detailed questionnaire is filled out to help assess the characteristics of lifestyle, health and symptoms. During the consultation, a holistic analysis of the situation is performed – key insights are identified that explain the possible causes of symptoms and their interrelationships. Individual recommendations are provided regarding nutrition, lifestyle and nutritional supplements, and if necessary, further tests and/or visits to relevant specialists are suggested.
