DietitianLanguages
Lithuanian, EnglishBriefly about me
I am a dietitian working in the field of nutritional medicine since 2017. My field of interest is women’s nutrition at different stages of life, especially during periods of hormonal imbalance, including peri/post/menopause. I believe that this phase, although often accompanied by physical and emotional changes, can be a source of strength and a foundation for a healthy and vibrant life.
In my consultations, I focus on the impact of lifestyle and psychological factors on nutrition and well-being, encouraging a conscious, balanced approach to daily habits. In addition to my clinical practice, I am actively involved in educational activities – teaching nutrition science to future midwives, presenting at conferences.
