Lithuanian, EnglishBriefly about me
In my practice, I combine evidence-based medicine with the principles of modern psychotherapy and ancient philosophical traditions that embrace the person as a whole – body, mind and emotional world. It is important to me that health is perceived not only as the absence of symptoms, but as a harmonious balance of biological, psychological and environmental factors.
I focus on non-pharmacological symptom management approaches – nutrition, exercise, sleep, emotion regulation, breathing and stress reduction. I am interested in the connections between metabolic, endocrine and emotional health and how the balance of hormonal, nervous and immune systems affects a woman’s well-being at various stages of life.
In my consultations, I aim to help women better understand their body’s processes and treatment options, reconnect with themselves, and accept changes with clarity and confidence.
Professional motto: “My task is to help people be the master of their own lives.”
