Lithuanian, English, French, RussianBriefly about me
I am a menopause mentor and women’s wellness practitioner. I help women understand their body’s changes and feel better during perimenopause and menopause. My work combines scientific knowledge with practical lifestyle habits so that a woman not only receives doctor’s recommendations, but also learns to apply them in everyday life – recognizing the signals her body sends related to hormonal balance, nutrition, sleep, digestion and emotional health.
During consultations, I help reduce anxiety and uncertainty, reconnect with your body, and find clarity during this time of change. The mentoring process allows you to stop, look at the big picture, and create an individual action plan that aligns with the woman’s life rhythm, values, and opportunities.
I work with evidence-based science and a holistic approach to restore hormonal, energy, digestive and emotional balance. I use nutrition, stress management, sleep and mindfulness techniques. I see each woman as a unique story, not a collection of symptoms – from a sincere listening to clear, actionable steps to help you regain body confidence and live life to the fullest.
Professional motto: “Menopause is not something to be afraid of – it is something to be understood. When you understand what is happening in your body, clarity, peace, and the strength to continue living return.”
